Job Summary: Panda Restaurant Group is the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in America, with a mission of delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences. They are seeking an Executive Director, Cybersecurity who will oversee the protection and governance of technical assets, develop security policies, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure compliance and integrity of business objectives. Responsibilities: • Lead a team that ensures the protection of information/data, computer systems and Point of Sales systems to ensure components meet security and regulatory requirements. • Develop and coach the associates to elevate their performance to meet the company’s growth goals. • Responsible for the long-term vision and strategy of cybersecurity, taking into account the changing technical, regulatory and business objectives. • Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security through collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders. • Work with the inter- and intra-teams, internal business partners, and vendors to ensure and maintain regulatory compliance and system integrity. • Work with a team to implement, configure, and document new security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention systems, and security information. • Develop programs and plans to ensure governance, risk, and compliance management programs meet business needs and are delivered successfully. • Provide strategic risk guidance for technical initiatives. • Establish appropriate metrics and indicators leading to effective management of the Cybersecurity initiatives and team effectiveness. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field required • Minimum twelve years of IT governance or security related experience, with increasing management responsibility • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position Preferred: Company: Panda Restaurant Group provides quick service Chinese food in high traffic locations, including malls, airports and sporting arenas.
