Position Summary

We are looking for a

licensed Financial Advisor

to join our Retirement Income Source SFG team. In this role, you'll help prospective clients identify gaps in their financial plans and develop actionable, custom investment strategies. You'll guide clients through an education-first process that emphasizes financial literacy, strategic investing, and long-term planning—all supported by a robust back-office team.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients to assess financial needs and planning opportunities. Educate clients on foundational investment principles, financial defense, interest rates, and strategic income planning. Develop customized investment strategies focused on generating income through interest and dividends—what we call growing your money "the old-fashioned way." Collaborate with internal trading, administrative, and client service teams to streamline implementation and service delivery. Maintain ownership of your pipeline while leveraging extensive support in operations, case design, and service.

Skills And Qualifications

Active Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 license required Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for educating clients and building long-term relationships Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously Driven, coachable, and committed to professional growth
