Financial Planning and Analysis Job Description: This position will lead timely and accurate compliance with all US tax reporting requirements, including corporate income taxes, property taxes, sales/use taxes, and other miscellaneous taxation reporting requirements, while minimizing company risk. It will provide assistance and guidance for adapting to changing tax regulatory requirements. A key function of this role is to identify, pursue, and manage US grants and incentives. The position will also collaborate closely with non-US tax teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of global tax initiatives. What you'll do: Lead US tax practices, ensuring proper filing and compliance. Provide guidance to the US Tax Manager, Tax Analyst, and Tax Intern. Support compliance with regulatory requirements through developing and implementing processes, systems, and procedures to collect and report information, minimizing expenses and risks related to taxes. Support internal control improvements, policies, and procedures in line with GAAP and other regulations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Advise internal stakeholders on tax implications of new business initiatives, including acquisition structures and due diligence. Proactively analyze and recommend strategies regarding credits and incentives. Keep management informed about changing regulatory requirements and their impact on the company. Support global tax matters. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, interpret and communicate customer requirements, and establish and audit related procedures to meet customer expectations. Review incidents of non-compliance and determine corrective actions. What you'll need to succeed: Experience with US direct and indirect taxes (Federal and State), including employment tax law and implications. Broad knowledge of US and international tax laws and regulations. Experience in preparing tax returns (corporate income, sales/use, employment, property taxes) and ensuring compliance. Proficiency with tax calculation software, especially Oracle Tax. Experience with accounting for income taxes under US GAAP, IFRS, and other standards. Experience implementing tax reporting systems and managing tax reporting processes. Experience managing tax audits. Knowledge of M&A, cross-border planning, and tax impacts of financing and treasury activities. Transfer pricing expertise. Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to synthesize information from various sources and communicate complex regulations clearly. Willingness to travel up to 10% annually. Eligible partners will receive: Retirement benefits:
