The Inventory Specialist is to ensure the smooth process of optimizing marketing dealership vehicles via the internet and other sources. Ensure all retail vehicles are represented in the most complete and accurate manner possible.

Stock in vehicles timely on the day of arrival Enter vehicle pricing in vAuto Take at least 50 high quality pictures of each vehicle Post pictures with high quality and relevant detailed descriptions. Manage the flow of vehicles during the reconditioning and detailing process. Create hangtags for vehicles and ensure they are displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle. Make a Carfax folder with buyer's guide according to Spitzer's guidelines. Manage dealer trades and receiving of all accurate paperwork. Performs other related duties as assigned Position Requirements
