Business Intelligence Manager

Our rapidly growing HVAC solutions provider client is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & BI Reporting Manager to lead the development of an enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy. In this hands-on, player-coach role, you will be responsible for translating the leadership team's analytics needs into impactful business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: -Define and implement a centralized data and reporting platform -Design and build dashboards, reports, and data models to drive data-driven decision making -Collaborate cross-functionally with executives to understand and meet their analytics requirements -Mentor and develop the capabilities of our existing data team Qualifications: -5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting -Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Excel -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills -Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for driving impactful results -This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta-West Midtown office, working 3 days per week on-site.
