Senior Director of FP&A
to join our Golf Technology platform. In this position, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term financial strategy. This position reports to the
CFO Golf Technology
and is based out of our
San Diego, CA
office. As the Sr. Director of FP&A, you will have an upportunity to: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reviews.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing) to align financial goals with business objectives.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
You have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
#LI-KK1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
