We are seeking a senior sales leader with a core understanding of the digital media marketplace. Our ideal candidate will have pre-established relationships with key brands, agencies, and the programmatic ecosystem. The candidate should be experienced in selling O&O Display, Mobile, Web, App, and CTV ad inventory monetization. We seek a self-starter, entrepreneurial individual contributor capable of developing new business in the digital news sector with limited resources beyond quality inventory.

Business Development: Develop and cultivate new brand direct partnerships, and hold co-agency relationships. Develop new retail media network business. Account Upselling & Development: Migrate clients to programmatic guaranteed deal ID commitments (PMPs). Revenue Strategy: Create and implement a programmatic monetization strategy to position Sinclair as a market leader, achieving revenue goals quarterly and annually. Retail Networks: Ensure Sinclair’s inventory is actively bought within key retail media networks like Wall Mat Connect. Large Brand Tie-ins: Develop sponsorships and partnerships with large national brands across Sinclair’s digital footprint. Collaboration with Ad Ops: Work closely with ad operations to ensure campaign execution, technology integration, data compliance, and revenue reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years of experience in digital media sales. Deep knowledge of programmatic ad tech: Header bidding, Deal IDs, SSP/DSP integrations, GAM/G4. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Established relationships at agency holding companies, mid-tier agencies, and with brand direct contacts are essential. Sinclair is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
