Operations Profit and Loss Guest Satisfaction Speed of Service Quality Control Workplace Safety

Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years in food service management A completed background check is required for all management positions. Placement into a management position will be contingent upon ACW Corporation's review and approval of background check results. Serve Safe Certification is a plus! (Training will be provided to certify the right candidate.)
Benefits
Offering competitive compensation for the industry. Compensation is DOE – depending on experience. Benefits will be discussed after 90-day probationary period.

P&L Management Restaurant Operations Management Managing Food Cost & Labor Cost Following all government regulations, employment law, food safety, operations policies and cash policies and implementing all accounting controls.
