We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). What You’ll Do:

Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities:

Supervise and evaluate General Managers’ performance through follow-up to ensure tasks and goals are met, providing feedback and disciplinary action when necessary.

Focus on Food Quality:

Ensure food quality and standards are maintained, including recipe adherence and portion control, in compliance with company, brand, and food safety standards.

Cost Control:

Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Lead and Develop Restaurant General Manager Team:

Recruit, train, and communicate with the team of Food Travel Experts. Develop, plan, and assign daily goals and tasks.

Implement and Maintain Service Standards:

Uphold guest service standards and brand specifications, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Systems and Processes:

Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health/sanitation standards.

Merchandising and Displays:

Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and monitor inventory levels.

Office Management:

Manage funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

Assist in monitoring sales performance through sales reports and market analysis.

Problem Solving:

Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to higher management as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum seven (7) years in restaurant/food service in a management or supervisory capacity.

Minimum five (5) years as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar environment.

Experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager overseeing General Managers is highly desired.

Technical Training: Full Service and Quick Service restaurant experience preferred. Culinary background is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and POS systems. Strong organizational skills to prioritize activities.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with all levels, including executives, union representatives, and diverse team members. Proven conflict resolution skills.

Financial Skills: P&L management expertise with coaching abilities for General Managers.

Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or coursework is preferred.
