Since launching in January 2023, we’ve come through Y Combinator, raised a $20M Series A led by Bessemer. We’re growing 3× year-over-year, have hit multimillion ARR, and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. Your Mission

You’ll be the creative and technical force behind a Webflow experience that stops people in their tracks. Your mission is to transform ideas, Figma designs, and brand guidelines into fast, visually stunning, and highly interactive websites that feel tailor-made—because they are. You’ll own the Webflow build from architecture to launch, crafting CMS-driven content, animations, and out-of-the-box interactions that make our brand unforgettable. You’ll know when to leverage native Webflow features, when to push boundaries with custom code, and how to deliver pixel-perfect, lightning-fast experiences that scale. If you live for marrying design precision with technical excellence—and can bring fresh ideas to the table before anyone even asks—you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do

Lead the development of custom, high-impact Webflow sites from design files or creative briefs

Build interactive, animation-rich experiences that elevate engagement and storytelling

Architect scalable CMS structures for blogs, case studies, job listings, and other dynamic content

Integrate third-party tools like HubSpot, Typeform, Calendly, and video platforms seamlessly into the site

Implement advanced features—custom embeds, tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations

Maintain top-tier site performance with meticulous attention to responsiveness, load speed, and cross-browser consistency

Proactively identify and resolve bugs, design inconsistencies, and UX issues before they’re noticed

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to bring brand vision to life across every interaction

What We’re Looking For

Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out

Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter

Fully committed to working

in-person 5 days/week

at our SF HQ

Curious, self-aware, and feedback-driven — you bring energy, not ego

See this role as a defining chapter — not a stepping stone or side quest

4+ years of experience building high-quality, custom Webflow sites

Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed

A strong portfolio featuring

complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations

Proven ability to make architectural decisions about when to use native features, Webflow logic, or custom code

Meticulous attention to responsiveness, cross-browser consistency, and performance optimization

Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS architecture, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows

Experience collaborating closely with designers and delivering pixel-perfect builds from Figma

Strong communication skills and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
