The Director of FP&A will play a key role in financial planning and reporting, leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, and partnering with Accounting. The role requires a proactive professional capable of cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and delivering high-quality financial insights. What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and "what-if" modeling to evaluate strategic options. Improve forecasting and reporting efficiency using tools. Analyze results, identify variances, and provide recommendations. Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and resource allocation. Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports. Collaborate with Accounting for accurate financial reporting. Support cross-functional teams with financial guidance. Implement process improvements for forecasting and reporting. Reporting & Technical Skills
Manage forecasting tools and ensure data accuracy. Prepare monthly financial statements and disclosures. Create presentations for stakeholders. Research complex transactions with Accounting. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Handle special projects as assigned. Qualifications
7-10 years of related experience. 5+ years of management experience. Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CMA, CPA) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Salary Range
The salary range is $131,250 - $175,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. The total package may include bonuses and stock options.
