We’re a high-growth MSP headquartered in Southwest MO that keeps growth-minded SMBs secure and productive. Our delivery engine is dialed-in; now we need a revenue engine that predictably lands 2 new managed-services clients per month in the Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma markets.
What we’re hiring for;
You’ll be the architect and first closer. In your first six months you’ll carry quota yourself; once the process hums, you’ll hire and coach SDR/AE talent while overseeing demand gen, RevOps and forecasting.

KPI Targets Design & document the end-to-end HubSpot pipeline (MQL → SQL → Close) By Day 30 : pipeline live & automatedFull-cycle selling (player/closer) 15+ discovery calls & 2 wins/mo Launch ClickFunnels campaigns & outbound cadences ≤ $50 CPL ,
150 multichannel touches/wk Hire & ramp 1 SDR + 1 AE once pipeline ≥ 70 % calendar utilization By Month 7-9 Own weekly Revenue scorecard & forecast accuracy ±5 % variance to target
90-Day Scorecard;
HubSpot pipeline + dashboards liveRevOps Playbook v1.0 in Hubspot (scripts, sequences, call flows)15 qualified discoveries/mo with First ClickFunnels funnel ≥ 40 MQLs @≥ $12 K new-MRR closed
Must-have experience;
5–10 yrs B2B SaaS or MSP revenue leadership (player-coach size) HubSpot Admin: custom objects, workflows, dashboards Proven ClickFunnels ownership (show us conversion data) Built cold-email sequences and run 50-dial/day call blocks Central-time workday; Kansas City area a plus

Commissions paid monthly
after first invoice collected ; residual overrides capped at 12 months per deal.
