Senior SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead

full-cycle SAP implementation

and upgrade projects across

ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Solutions . Manage

multi-module integration

including

FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, QM, PM, HR, and SuccessFactors . Oversee

SAP S/4HANA migrations ,

Greenfield & Brownfield implementations , and

system consolidations . Ensure

end-to-end project governance , from

Blueprinting

to

Hypercare . Coordinate with

Basis, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and Middleware teams

to ensure seamless technical delivery. Manage

integration

with

non-SAP systems

via

PI/PO, CPI, API Management, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs . Direct

cutover planning ,

data migration strategy , and

master data governance (MDG) . Implement

Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models

with strict adherence to

PMI/PMP/Prince2

frameworks. Drive

risk management ,

issue resolution , and

scope control

for multi-million-dollar SAP programs. Ensure compliance with

GxP, SOX, GDPR , and

ITIL-based change management

processes. Technical Skills Required (Must-Have)

SAP Project Management Tools & Methodologies:

ASAP, Activate, Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite). Core SAP Modules Expertise:

FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, QM, PM, HR, SuccessFactors. SAP S/4HANA Expertise:

Migration, Conversion, and Optimization strategies. Integration Tools & Protocols:

SAP PI/PO, CPI, API Gateway, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST, BAPI, RFC. Data Migration:

LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit, SLT, MDG. Custom Development Oversight:

ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5 applications, Workflow. Cloud & Hybrid Environments:

SAP BTP, Ariba, Concur, IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud. Security & Compliance:

SAP GRC, Role Design, SOD analysis. Performance Tuning:

System optimization, workload balancing, and performance monitoring. Testing Tools:

HP ALM, Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering . 10+ years

in SAP project/program management with

at least 3 full end-to-end implementations

in a global environment. PMP, Prince2, or SAP Certified Project Manager

certification required. Strong financial acumen with experience managing

budgets exceeding $5M . Exceptional stakeholder management across

CxO, functional heads, and global teams . Preferred Experience

Exposure to

SAP RISE with S/4HANA

and

Industry-Specific Solutions

(Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma). Hands-on familiarity with

DevOps for SAP , CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Knowledge of

machine learning integrations , predictive analytics, and IoT scenarios within SAP.
