Key Responsibilities Lead our engineering team, fostering growth and leveraging diverse strengths Drive rapid technical progress in biobased polymer technology and sustainable manufacturing Oversee product development from research through commercialization Lead optimizing and scaling production processes Collaborate across departments to align technical capabilities with business goals Ideal Candidate Advanced degree in Textile Science, Fiber Science, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or related field(s) 8+ years in polymer-based product development, 3+ years in leadership Proficient in polymer processing and spinning technologies Proven track record in R&D leadership and successful product launches Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen Passionate about sustainability and innovation
