APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Supervise 4 Senior Data Engineers. Engineer efficient, adaptable and scalable data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data. Own and evolve rich datasets on Apple cloud products and platform interactions to power a wide variety of use cases. Build forward-looking data solutions that interface well with existing systems and use judgement to bring cutting edge technologies in the industry to suit Apple Cloud Services needs. Understand how key technical decisions will drive business outcomes and deliver/aid data frameworks and platforms that improve delivery with high-quality to those outcomes by partnering with cross functional teams. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $233,958 - $312,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.PAY & BENEFITS: Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Hive Presto SQL ETL Design Data Modeling Data Governance Product Analytics Java Preferred Qualifications
