Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills “The Best or Nothing” customer experience is dependent on team members who create and maintain long term relationships, possess excellent customer service skills, confident and outgoing personality, professional appearance, and great communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA for a Mercedes-Benz Service Consultant. The Mercedes-Benz Service Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with vehicle service scheduling, coordinating service repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Consultant will also work closely with the service and parts teams to address customer inquiries, provide accurate cost estimates, and recommend additional services as needed. This position is commission based and will pay $100,000-$250,000/year.
