$63.14; Lead gets additional 10% on base rate Job Summary: The Clinical Lead Lab Generalist performs professional duties under the direction of the Laboratory Manager and is responsible for providing the highest quality and most efficient service to the patient through the proper use of facilities, supplies, equipment and resources. The Generalist provides clinical results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient in all areas of the Laboratory. Importantly, the Lead Lab Generalist serves as a role-model for non-lead Generalists and demonstrates a higher degree of responsibility, accuracy, commitment, and decision-making. Requirements: Must Have Unrestricted N.Y.S. Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in good standing B.S. in Lab Science preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Blood Bank, Hematology and/or Chemistry Technologist
