Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $550,000 to $600,000 $75,000 Sign On Relocation expenses covered for out of area Providers Additional wRVU bonus model (average is extra $92K per quarter) Student loan forgiveness Paid Vacation Time: 26 days in first year CME: Paid and time off 457f Plan 403(b) Retirement Plan with matching contributions Health, Dental and Vision insurance for individuals and families (multiple plans to choose from) Malpractice Insurance Brand new infrastructure and equipment Access to all Pediatric subspecialists New MFM will join established, well-respected MFM to help grow program 2,400+ deliveries annually 2 dedicated OR Suites, 8 Labor Rooms, 12-bed Level II NICU Brand-new outpatient office building which opened in 2025! Responsibilities 6 consults a day, 25 ultrasounds a day Read anatomy ultrasounds from the OBGYN offices. Inpatient coverage for AHO and practice call.
