Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to: Perform maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel. Service hallways, public areas, and rooms as needed along with all other tasks as assigned. Complete all maintenance requests and tasks as assigned for the day. Visually inspect public areas and overall resort for cleanliness, appearance, and safety. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and for the security of the hotel inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests; Practice chemical safety rules and follows procedures for needles and other hazardous materials. Report all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Manager. Follow all Lost and Found protocols. Maintain high standards of guest relations when in contact with the guest. Ability to order supplies, to receive instructions for the day and/or to read equipment manuals including safety information. Requirements:
WHAT TO EXPECT. IN THE LODGE, RESTAURANT, & ROOMS… Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday’s) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 55 to 60.
