Government Compliance Director Key Role: Ensure strict adherence to government accounting regulations and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Oversee internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with government accounting regulations and identify areas for improvement. Oversee all aspects of government accounting compliance, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing regulatory filings, and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk. Serve as a liaison to the government for issues relating to government accounting compliance and serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of government accounting compliance to leaders across the Booz Allen enterprise. Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with cost accounting

Experience working with DCAA and DCMA auditors and leadership and responding to government audit requests and reports

Experience with accounting principles and practice, including financial reporting and auditing standards

Experience negotiating indirect rate settlements and executing contract closeout

Experience leading and managing a high performing team of accounting and compliance professionals

Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, CAS, and their requirements and application

Ability to communicate and present findings to different audiences at various levels throughout the firm and externally

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Additional Qualifications: Experience with a multi-segment organization

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Possession of excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

TS/SCI clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
