Vice President, Digital Infrastructure (M&A)

You will be part of a rapidly growing Digital Infrastructure team covering the Americas, focused on providing best-in-class deal execution and developing thoughtful, high-impact business development content. What role will you play?
As a Vice President, you will work closely with senior colleagues and directly with clients on buyside and sell side transactions, as well as capital raising and debt advisory assignments. Your responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting valuation analyses, preparing client presentations, overseeing transaction execution, supporting marketing efforts, and developing industry themes to inform client discussions. Salary range for this position: $260,000-$275,000. The actual base salary may vary based on experience, performance, market data, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive. 5+ years’ experience in M&A deal execution and client support in data center, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Law. Experience building and reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, and impactful client presentations.
