As a Customer Success Manager at CloudBolt, you will play a critical role in driving customer value, retention, and revenue growth. You will act as a strategic partner to our customers—guiding them through their journey, ensuring successful adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Customer Engagement & Success

Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your customers throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal. Lead successful onboarding and enablement efforts to ensure customers achieve time-to-value quickly and consistently. Drive adoption of CloudBolt solutions by understanding customer goals, use cases, and success metrics. Deliver a proactive engagement strategy, leveraging health scores and usage insights to anticipate needs and mitigate risks.

Revenue Growth & Retention

Own customer outcomes and commercial success by managing renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities within your book of business. Partner with Sales to identify and close growth opportunities, ensuring alignment on account strategy. Achieve and exceed retention and growth targets by fostering strong customer relationships and delivering measurable value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, share feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Champion the voice of the customer internally and advocate for product enhancements that improve experience and outcomes.

Evangelism & Advocacy

Turn satisfied customers into CloudBolt Champions by building trust, delivering value, and encouraging advocacy. Promote the CloudBolt brand by helping customers share their success stories and participate in reference programs.

Communication & Relationship Management

Confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, from hands-on practitioners to senior executives, through clear, consultative communication. Maintain regular, strategic touchpoints tailored to each customer’s stage, maturity, and goals.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts while driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention. Demonstrated sales acumen and negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively across a diverse customer base. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels. Self-starter who is resourceful, curious, and continuously looking to improve customer outcomes and internal processes. High attention to detail and consistency in delivering results and follow-through. Proficiency with CRM and support tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, or similar a plus)
