If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a Quality Assurance (QA) team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through the strategic use of AI technologies to drive efficiencies. Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and plans that align with KPMG's quality standards and compliance requirements, ensuring robust quality management across all projects. Oversee and execute projects embedded in both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement, setting clear expectations, and providing regular governance updates, status reports, and issue escalations. Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance cost efficiency, and reduce effort in testing processes, adopting new technologies to improve team productivity. Work collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure quality standards are uniformly applied across the organization; manage QA resources in both onsite and offshore models, optimizing resource allocation to improve operational effectiveness. Review regularly and present key metrics, KPIs, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, using these insights to continuously improve QA processes. Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in quality assurance; minimum three years of recent experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong strategic, and leadership capabilities. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is desired. In-depth knowledge of testing, test estimation, and defect management, with experience in tools like Selenium, JIRA, Katalon, JMeter, LoadRunner, and SeeTest. Familiarity with GenAI technologies for Quality Assurance, including OpenAI, Agentspace, and Copilot, is preferred; experience in Agile or other rapid application development methodologies; proficiency in testing web, desktop, and mobile applications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and senior management; strong analytical, research, documentation, project planning, and implementation skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis. Proven leadership and management skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence organizational priorities; high level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the highest quality standards.
