supports day-to-day operations in the Transportation department. Monitors and supports the execution of KPIs, key business insights, proactive exception management, risk mitigation, and financial performance. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, the

Transportation Analyst

will support best-in-class On-Time Performance for Stock Transfer and Customer orders, balancing cost and service, and optimizing information flow and processes between Sales, Distribution Facilities, Quality, Customer Service teams, our 3PLs, and customers. Transportation Analyst Responsibilities:

Monitor and support daily transportation objectives and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met. Participate in daily Distribution Center calls and support transportation tasks and follow-ups. Support plant warehousing with transportation-related activities. Collaborate with 3PL shuttle providers on daily execution and exception protocols. Partner effectively with all internal/external clients to maintain performance standards. Become a subject matter expert for Stock Transfer and Customer Outbound shipments. Identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, present findings, and implement action plans. Develop and oversee a modern supply chain strategy aligned with company goals and customer expectations. Oversee the execution of logistics and transportation services. Perform special projects and ad hoc requests as needed. Requirements:

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Curious mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactive with a bias for action, initiative to improve processes. Ability to translate data analysis into insights and actionable strategies. Effective at persuading and gaining stakeholder buy-in. Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership and external clients. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing amidst ambiguity. Familiarity with PowerQuery, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and Excel. Ability to derive insights and execute solutions. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes. Strong relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, STEM, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain areas such as transportation, procurement, or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of E2open (formerly BluJay) and SAP (ECC) preferred. If interested and qualified, please apply today!
