Digital Marketing Specialist,

youll start by leading DCGs social media and creative content efforts, driving engagement across both our corporate channels and select leadership profiles. You will be hands on in creating and editing content that connects with our audience while also laying the foundation for growth into broader marketing campaigns. About Us Dynamic Consultants Group (DCG) is a Microsoft-focused consulting firm helping enterprise clients modernize, rescue, and support complex ERP and CRM implementations. We are growing our Marketing team and seeking a Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life. What Youll Do: Creating and managing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platforms with a focus on short form video, eye catching graphics, and impactful storytelling Designing imagery and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to support social, blog, and campaign needs Editing short videos and repurposing content for different platforms and formats Managing the content calendar for both company and leadership profiles to ensure a consistent and engaging presence Monitoring, responding, and engaging with our online audience to build relationships and brand visibility Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, events, email marketing, and partner initiatives Assisting in the development of blogs, case studies, and other content that tells the DCG story Tracking and analyzing engagement metrics to recommend creative and strategic improvements Expanding into additional marketing responsibilities over time including campaign coordination, paid media support, event promotion, and content strategy Use tools like HubSpot or Storychief to manage content and performance What We're Looking For: 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar) Ability to shoot, edit, and optimize short form video for multiple platforms Strong copywriting skills for social posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials Experience managing multiple social channels and content calendars Comfort engaging with online audiences and building authentic connections An eye for design and detail with the ability to adapt to brand guidelines Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Eagerness to grow into a broader marketing role and learn new channels and tools Benefits and Compensation: Salary:

$58,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience Quarterly performance bonuses
