Field Service Technician

for a

3-month contract

3 months Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years hardware repair hands-on experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) including break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiarity with ticketing systems. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix, equipment installs, and brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo. Previous Field Service and/or Desktop, POS, printer Break/Fix experience. Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Active driver's license. Customer-facing service skills. CompTIA A+ certification. What You Will Be Doing

Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.). Running break-fix and IMAC calls, supporting clients with varying levels of support, including printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices. Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems such as desktops, POS devices, and printers. Training employees, identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures, and ordering/replacing parts as needed. Maintaining good customer focus while meeting deadlines and SLAs. Completing assigned cases efficiently.
