$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr We are partnering with a growing organization to recruit a motivated .NET Developer to join their on-site development team. This role focuses on building and maintaining software tools that support critical manufacturing workflowshelping to drive operational efficiency, quality, and innovation. Ideal for an early-career developer with hands-on experience in Python and .NET, this position offers the opportunity to work closely with production teams and contribute to real-world process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom software tools using Python and .NET Collaborate with production and operations teams to translate workflow requirements into functional solutions Support and enhance existing systems, including legacy applications and Microsoft Access-based tools Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure daily operations run smoothly Follow structured development protocols aligned with manufacturing processes Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts Must-Have Qualifications: 13 years of software development experience Proficiency in both Python and .NET Strong understanding of workflows and process design within manufacturing or operational environments High attention to detail and commitment to clean, reliable code Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Access Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Exposure to ERP systems, data integration, or automation technologies Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
