Recruitment/Posting Title Medical Director, Pathology/Transfusion Medicine Department Department RWJ-Pathology-PISC Salary Details Salary Details A minimum of $270,000 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidates qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the universitys broader compensation structure. This faculty member will serve as both a collaboratory and leader of the multidisciplinary transfusion team at RWJMS and RWJUH ; will be an active participant in the educational programs of the Department, including teaching medical students, residents, and will be expected to engage in productive research activities. The Division is responsible for Transfusion Medicine and Blood Banking services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital ( RWJUH ), the schools 650-bed tertiary care core teaching hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with the candidates qualifications and academic experience.
