Location: Montrose What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Uphold and elevate our high standards of service, ambiance, and cuisine. Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier front-of-house and back-of-house team. Collaborate with the executive chef and Director of Operations to drive innovation and consistency. Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to ensure profitability without compromising quality. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant management. Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first approach. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and steakhouse cuisine. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
