Job Description
Lead efforts in developing responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
Participate in client interviews and presentations
Develop and review cost proposals
Oversee execution of active projects
Facilitate weekly internal staff meetings
Track and report project progress
Coordinate with billing and finance teams
Maintain and enhance internal procedures
Direct the designer selection process and negotiate contracts
Conduct contractor due diligence and bid evaluations
Engage with public and regulatory agencies
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Owner’s Project Management or a related field
Certified Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO)
Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
Extensive knowledge of public procurement procedures
Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
