Professional Surveyor and Mapper - Pompano Beach KEITH is seeking a Professional Surveyor and Mapper to join our Survey and Mapping team in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are a well-established multidisciplinary firm offering land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of field and office staff for multiple projects and clients from proposal to final delivery. Manage projects, ensuring quality standards and client specifications are met. Participate in planning, implementing procedures to improve efficiency. Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts. Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings as required. Establish work plans and staffing for projects. Engage in business development and maintain client relationships. Present to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with sub-consultants and other partners. Support operational units as needed. Represent the company at meetings and trade shows. Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Florida PSM license. Experience in project management. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD Open Roads, MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Leadership ability to mentor and motivate teams.
