Your Role and Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medical school with completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Licensed (or eligible) in Oregon by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
