• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Start date : 30-60 days.
• Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
• Duties : Will provide home visits to Medicare Care patients.
• Patient Population : Geriatrics / HIgh-Risk / Medicare patients
• Support : Full Staff
• PPD : 5-7 visits per day
• Salary : $135,000 + Bonus (Very competitive)
