As our pastor, you will serve as spiritual leader, teacher, and encourager - guiding our congregation in living out the gospel and engaging our community with love and truth.
Key Areas of Leadership:
1. Spiritual Shepherding & Worship Leadership
- Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and relevantly
- Lead weekly Sunday worship services and special holiday gatherings
- Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, dedications, and confirmations
- Be present with our people - in homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community spaces
- Provide spiritual counseling, encouragement, and prayer support
- Build genuine connections with residents, learning their stories and needs
- Foster spiritual growth through Bible studies, youth ministry, and adult education
- Inspire and equip ministry leaders and volunteers
- Work with church boards to shape vision and strengthen outreach
- Actively participate in local events and initiatives
- Represent the church in the community as a trusted and approachable leader

- Be rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit
- Be relational, approachable, and able to connect across generations
- Have a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and compassionate service
We've designed our pastoral support package to provide both stability and care, so you can focus on ministry and community impact.
- Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000, paid semi-monthly
- Housing: Parsonage provided, well-maintained and conveniently located
- Health Coverage: Comprehensive health benefits included
- Paid Time Off: Vacation and rest days to support balance and renewal
- Ministry Support: Expense allowances for ministry-related needs
