We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager with a minimum of seven years of public accounting experience to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor audit staff. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong technical expertise, and take a proactive approach to client service. A CPA license is highly .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a variety of industries from planning to completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and exceptional service.
Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Oversee and mentor audit staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Stay current on accounting, auditing, and regulatory changes and share knowledge with the team.
Identify opportunities to add value to clients through recommendations for process improvements or additional services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Accounting a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
CPA license strongly ; CPA eligibility required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in audit and accounting software; strong Excel skills.
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
