**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a bi-weekly schedule. Our facility, equipped with 355 beds, boasts various specialized centers such as a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and a Level 3 NICU. Additional services include a 32-bed Emergency Department, 29-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, and a 15-bed surgical suite with imaging capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment and care protocols.
**Qualifications:**
- Current Nursing License (RN) required.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Must have experience with CERNER or a similar electronic health record system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
