This role requires a compassionate approach and a strong focus on patient-centered service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * (30%)* Assess patients' needs and deliver skilled nursing services per physician-authorized plan of care and nursing standards. * (30%)* Provide direct patient care including medication administration, infusion therapy, and treatments while ensuring consistent, compassionate service. * (20%)* Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the healthcare team to update and improve care plans. * (10%)* Accurately process physician/provider orders and perform timely interventions. * (10%)* Follow up on medication changes and order clarifications.
