*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
* Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
* Minimum of one (1) year general dentist practice experience or completion of a AEGD or GPR program.
