Primary responsibilities include centralized patient scheduling services, record intake, triage of patient needs, and other duties related to ensuring patients can easily access their specialty care provider. The Specialty Clinic Support Assistant is the first point of contact for many patients and serves a critical role in establishing a great first impression.  Job Requirements Education Required: High school diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: 1 year customer service experience Required: 1 year as Contact Center Specialist I Skills Ability to make decisions that are timely and will provide the best possible clinical outcome Strong customer service skills that demonstrate empathy and concern Have professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and be self-directed to complete quality customer support in a timely manner Possess excellent time management skills Refer and coordinate services in an effort to deliver integrated health services Proficient using computers, including all Microsoft programs Promote the mission and values of CoxHealth Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
