LHH is partnering with a valued client in the manufacturing industry seeking a motivated Client sales & Solutions Specialist to join their high-performing sales team. This role blends customer relationship management, product advising, and full-cycle sales execution - all in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their goals and recommend effective solutions

Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to close

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Convert customer requirements into clear, actionable quotes and proposals

Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize pipeline opportunities

Build and maintain strong product knowledge to address technical questions and concerns

Own the customer relationship from first interaction through delivery

Qualifications:

2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $60K base + up to $20K annual commission

Full-time onsite role, Monday-Friday
