We're looking for skilled Structural Welders to join a hands-on fabrication team building steel bridge components. If you're confident in your MIG and fluxcore welding skills and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced shop environment, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do: Perform fluxcore MIG welding on steel components up to " thick Read and interpret blueprints to complete full layouts and fabrications Operate overhead and jib cranes as needed Use fabrication equipment including band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders Weld in various positionsincluding crawling under materials Pass a 3G vertical up weld test on 7/8" plate with full penetration (X-ray verified) What You Bring: Solid experience in structural welding Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore techniques Ability to work independently and take initiative Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, stoop, and crawl throughout the shift Strong blueprint reading skills Willingness to learn and growpotential to move into a lead welder role Why You'll Love Working Here: Bonus potential based on performance Opportunity to grow into a leadership role Supportive, team-oriented environment that values independence Hands-on work with real impactfabricating components for major infrastructure Work Environment: You'll be working in a small structural fabrication shop.
