Senior HR Data Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst for a Fully Remote 3+ month contract with possible extension. While this role is fully remote, the candidate MUST be located in New Jersey. Pay: $55hr. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting employee data to improve workforce decisions in innovative ways that drive business performance and growth. Requirements: 5 years of relevant work experience with data and analytics. Experience developing custom Workday reports Ability to develop dashboards using Power BI dashboards and DAX Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and non-experts both verbally and in writing. Critical thinking with a passion for data, analysis, and driving business outcomes. Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. Strong commitment to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and an understanding of data security and privacy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., PivotTables, Vlookup) Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses and interpreting results. Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to handle high levels of ambiguity Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts and output to non-experts in both a written and verbal manner. Business insight. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines Attention to detail Preferred Experience: Experience in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik, or Tableau. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Technical capabilities in data wrangling, analytical techniques, internal and external benchmarking, and business analysis. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred. Experience in building and optimizing data warehouses, pipelines, and models. Experience with Google BigQuery preferred. Experience with Workday Analytics (Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism, Benchmarking, etc.) preferred. Formal Education, Qualifications or Training Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, or Applied Mathematics.
