Must be willing to travel! Steady hours and growth opportunities await. Assembler Responsibilities: Operate machines and tools to meet production standards Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals Load and unload parts onto paint line from bins Assist with moving parts from one area to another Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements for Assembler: Able to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks Able to bend, twist and perform tasks above the head Able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves and safety goggles A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
