Senior Manager, Growth & Retention Analytics

We're looking for a highly analytical and curious Senior Manager of Growth & Retention Analytics to be the go-to insights partner for our Growth, Marketing, and Clinical teams. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for uncovering what's driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionthen translating those insights into actionable strategies. You'll be hands-on with campaign performance analysis, lifecycle data, and behavioral patterns that shape both digital and in-clinic experiences. Campaign & Growth Analytics

Build reporting and insight frameworks to evaluate the performance of acquisition, re-engagement, and lifecycle campaigns. Design, execute, and analyze an attribution model to better understand multi-touch acquisition Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion to identify levers for growth efficiency and scale. Partner closely with Marketing and Lifecycle to recommend optimizations in targeting, channel mix, and messaging. Retention & Experience Insights

Analyze retention and churn across customer segments, cohorts, and clinics. Investigate behavioral and operational patternsappointment cadence, service mix, clinical experiencesthat influence customer lifetime value. Identify leading indicators of churn and develop insight-driven recommendations for Lifecycle and Clinical Ops teams. Insight Leadership

Translate data into compelling stories that help cross-functional teams make informed, confident decisions. Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for critical metrics while delivering bespoke deep dives for emerging questions. Lead measurement strategy for new growth and retention initiatives, ensuring clear hypotheses and learning goals. Strategic Enablement

Contribute to forecasting and business planning through trend analysis and predictive modeling. Bring rigor and structure to testing roadmaps across Marketing, Lifecycle, and Growth functions. Act as the voice of the data in cross-functional meetingsgrounding strategy in evidence and actionable insight. Qualifications

6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in consumer growth, lifecycle, or retention-focused roles. Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode). Experience with experiment design, campaign measurement, and customer behavior analysis. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and storytelling skillsable to distill complexity into clarity. Prior experience in healthcare, service businesses, or subscription/membership models is a plus. Why Petfolk
