This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by driving quality initiatives, improving patient outcomes, and mentoring a high-performing clinical team.Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Emergency Department Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing clinical team focused on quality and patient safety Oversee departmental operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes Partner with pre-hospital providers and community stakeholders to strengthen emergency care servicesQualifications Required: Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license 7+ years of healthcare experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration) strongly preferred Proven experience in a for-profit hospital setting strongly preferred Demonstrated success in building and leading teams with a focus on quality initiativesPreferred Qualifications: Experience fostering strong relationships with pre-hospital providers and EMS partners
