As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment, including conveyor systems, kilns, ovens, and drive systems. The role requires a solid understanding of gear ratios, schematics, and control wiring. While the majority of the work will be mechanical, electrical knowledge is essential to effectively troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities
Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment. Maintain and repair conveyor systems, kilns, ovens, and drive systems. Understand and work with gear ratios, schematics, and control wiring. Perform preventive maintenance and identify issues with contactors, relays, and control wiring. Troubleshoot and wire in 3-phase 480v motors. Interpret schematics to identify normally open (N.O) and normally closed (N.C) circuits. Pay and Benefits
