Location: Worthington, IN Employment Type: Seasonal, Full-time Starting (on or around) August 19 Compensation: Competitive Pay (Earn up to $1000.00+ per week during harvest season) with built-in overtime. Weekly escalating bonus program to earn an additional $1000.00 through the project. Job Overview: Join our team for the corn harvest season! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Corn Sorter. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to $1000.00+ a week with built-in overtime and the potential to earn an additional $1000.00 through our weekly escalating bonus program. Work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, and be part of a rewarding harvest experience. Key Responsibilities: Sort and inspect corn for quality and defects. Remove any foreign material or damaged corn. Operate and maintain sorting equipment. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Work efficiently to meet production targets. Requirements: Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
