Job Summary:

The Salesforce Business Analyst Manager is responsible for leading a team of Salesforce Business Analysts and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role combines business analysis, product management, and user experience expertise to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for usability, performance, and value. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL and analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in product management and UI/UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus. Oversee the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation for Salesforce projects and enhancements. Act as a product owner for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Leverage advanced SQL skills to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable Salesforce solutions. Champion user experience (UI/UX) best practices, ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user needs. Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users and technical teams. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user stories, wireframes, and training materials. Monitor Salesforce platform usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, recommending enhancements to drive engagement and ROI. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, ensuring the team's skills and solutions remain up-to-date. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience in product management, including defining product vision, roadmaps, and KPIs. Advanced SQL skills with proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Experience designing and optimizing UI/UX for business applications, preferably within Salesforce. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) strongly preferred. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry, e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, etc.] Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and AppExchange solutions. Change management and training experience. Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq).
