Lead Facilities Technician

We are seeking a dedicated facilities technician to manage and maintain 12 properties located within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and various handyman duties including fixtures and light bulb replacements. Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across 12 properties. Handle tenant improvement tasks and general handyman duties. Conduct painting, carpentry, and patch work in construction tasks. Manage MEP tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high tenant satisfaction. Essential Skills

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, and boiler maintenance. Proficiency in facilities maintenance and carpentry. Skills in preventive maintenance and customer service. Knowledge of commercial facilities maintenance, including painting, drywall, fixtures, and installations. Ability to troubleshoot building automation systems, electrical, and HVAC issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Possession of a Special Boilers License. EPA Universal certification is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance. Experience with HVAC systems. Why Work Here?

The role involves managing facilities across 28 buildings on 12 property campuses, including commercial, dental, healthcare, and chiropractic clinics, with a 90% tenant capacity. This requires a strong focus on customer service. The position covers approximately 1 million square feet and operates from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation shared with five others. Job Type & Location
