Part Time Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a friendly law office in Cranberry Township. This person does not need to have legal knowledge but should have good administrative experience. We are looking for a client-oriented person who is organized, thinks proactively, and can work alongside a full-time person who is already in this role. 20-25 hours per week within the core business hours of Monday -- Friday 8:30 am -- 5:30 pm. Pay rate of up to $26 hour. Responsibilities for this role are listed below: Assist in the preparation of documents Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence File /organize documents and maintain document management systems Perform research and gather relevant information and documents Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings Assist with answering phone and taking messages Perform clerical tasks, such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information REQUIREMENTS: Experience in an administrative role. Legal knowledge is not required. Good verbal and written English. Can draft, edit, proofread and type letters and documents Computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Good typing skills Experience using office equipment including copiers and scanners Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
